Responsibilities

  • Commercial support for project and construction managers
  • Compile project documentation
  • Prepare invoicing
  • Procurement of building materials, equipment and subcontractor services
  • Delivery date and availability planning for project business
  • Conduct contract and price negotiations

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a business/administrative field or a relevant degree
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Independent, responsible and committed working style
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a confident manner
