Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 9 years of project or program management experience
- At least 7 years of People Management experience
- Master’s Degree or MBA (preferred)
- 10+ years of project or program management experience (preferred)
- 10+ years of people leadership experience (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience leading cross functional programs in risk (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience working in the financial services industry (preferred)
