Responsibilities
Lead and manage transformation programs across logistics, delivery operations, and support functions to achieve strategic objectives.

Engage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, secure buy-in, and maintain transparency throughout transformation delivery.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, supporting teams in adopting agile and data-driven ways of working.
Monitor and report progress, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership and transformation governance forums.
Requirements
Proven experience (5+ years) in transformation, operations excellence, or logistics program management, ideally within the logistics sector.
Strong understanding of logistics networks, supply chain operations, and last-mile delivery processes.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale change or transformation initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the business.
Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies (certification preferred).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities; comfortable interpreting data and performance metrics.
Strong project management discipline, including governance, reporting, and risk management.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture and manage multiple priorities effectively.
