About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement initiatives.
  • Develop and communicate project requirements, status updates, and resource allocations to key stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and support decision-making aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, develop innovations, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee project execution, taking corrective actions to ensure timely delivery and achievement of results.
  • Lead and mentor associates, fostering accountability and continuous development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting a culture of integrity and high performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
  • Proven experience managing multiple operational projects with strong organizational and project planning skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Expertise in collaborating cross-functionally to drive process improvements and implement innovative operational strategies.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey project status, timelines, and resource needs to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated accountability in delivering results while managing resources and mitigating risks.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.
