About the role
- Bilingual Revenue Specialist performing revenue cycle duties for DaVita. Ensuring timely and accurate insurance claims and handling patient inquiries over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Perform revenue cycle duties including processing patient insurance information through the patient intake process
- Communicate with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for patients or ensure timely and accurate reimbursement

- Collaborate with revenue operations teams and clinics to ensure timely and accurate insurance information
