Responsibilities
Support the production of content for social media, the website and institutional communications (copy, scripts, posts, newsletters, etc.);
Monitor and engage with the community on social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook), maintaining the brand’s tone of voice and purpose;
Identify content opportunities, trends and topics relevant to the target audience;
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, digital initiatives and engagement strategies;
Assist with organizing and tracking the editorial calendar and publishing schedules;
Collaborate with the Content and Design teams to create institutional and promotional materials;
Help analyze performance of actions, interpret metrics and suggest improvements;
Support partners in correctly applying the brand’s visual identity.
Requirements
Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or a related field.
Hard Skills: Experience in social media management and monitoring (LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook); basic knowledge of copywriting and advertising text; familiarity with design tools (Canva or similar); familiarity with metrics and post scheduling tools.
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; proactivity and ability to work collaboratively; creativity and curiosity to seek new references and trends; organization; attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
