About the role
- Manage key accounts for event-resource management, convert SQLs to customers and coordinate event logistics and virtual/hybrid events.

Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL, Marketing o. ä.) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Direkter Einstieg oder erste Erfahrungen (1–5 Jahre) im Sales-/Marketingumfeld, gerne auch aus Startups
- Begeisterung für Marketing & Live-Kommunikation (Messen & Events)
- Grundkenntnisse in Marketing-Automation und CRM-Systemen (z.B. HubSpot von Vorteil, aber nicht erwartet)
- Motivation wichtiger als Abschluss ("Nicht dein Abschluss, sondern deine Motivation zählt")
