Requirements
Proven experience in automation technologies, project management, and team leadership, at least for 3 years.
Experience in supporting remote workers.
Familiar with user account provisioning and management.
Experience managing Mac, Windows, and Linux end-user workstations.
Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching.
Knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure.
Experience with firewalls, VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.
Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.
Ability to assign work, coordinate the and to follow up diligently.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes.
