Responsibilities
Provide pedagogical solutions to learning challenges in higher education classrooms
Interact virtually with college and university professors
Promote digital course materials and influence adoption decisions
Make an average of 30 calls a day and support email campaigns
Conduct needs analysis conversations and demos of products
Requirements
Strong computer skills and digital literacy
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to problem solve, prioritize, and manage heavy workloads and deadlines
Ability to work independently with a team-focused mindset
Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills

Experience in the Higher Education industry preferred but not essential
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred but not essential
