Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in fast-growing companies
- Proven expertise in onboarding, HR administration, and payroll management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments and hierarchical levels
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Capable of multitasking and managing several processes simultaneously
- Adaptable and flexible in response to changing requirements and environments
- Confident working with HR software and payroll systems, and open to AI-driven tools
