About the role
- HRIS Specialist managing Workday Absences systems in Paris. Collaborating with HR, payroll, and technical teams for effective HR management processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for the Workday platform
- Ensure configuration, maintenance, and ongoing updates of the Workday Absences system
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve technical issues related to the Workday Absences module
- Provide ongoing support to address issues related to international absence configurations in Workday
- Monitor Workday platform updates and enhancements and recommend improvements
- Providing Workday Payroll support where possible is a plus
- Create documentation for configuration, operational runbooks, and our HRIS
- Write test scripts and perform functional and technical testing prior to production deployment
- Translate business HR requirements into configuration changes and system enhancements
- Manage and resolve incidents via the ticketing system
Requirements
- Proven experience using Workday in a similar role
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills for issues related to the Absences module; knowledge and hands-on experience with technical configuration and anticipating potential impacts
- Good listening and communication skills; patience required to support change management efforts
- Rigour and strong organizational skills
