Responsibilities
Provide HR guidance to leadership teams across Europe.
Develop and implement the regional HR plan in line with global strategy and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or CIPD qualification preferred).
Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including team leadership.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice (essential).
Experience in financial services or asset management preferred.
Exposure to managing HR across multiple European jurisdictions advantageous.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive positive change.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
