Requirements
5+ years as an HRBP, People Partner, or similar, ideally in a fast-paced, tech-driven or engineering environment.
Act as a trusted partner to leaders and teams, translating business needs into people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth.
Navigate a truly international environment, supporting multiple countries and ensuring consistency while respecting local nuances.
Balance strategy with execution, from advising leadership on complex people topics to jumping into day to day challenges and team dynamics
