Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR (e.g., as HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Specialist/Advisor)
Native-level German (C2) and very good English skills (C1)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor at all levels
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Confident user of MS Office and ideally experienced with HR tools
Ideally: experience in the health, wellness, pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors
