HR Expert for Controlling & Digitization at Alterric shaping the future of HR and ensuring data-driven decision making within the company.
Responsibilities

Strategic data work: You use HR data to derive actionable recommendations and support the management of key HR topics — from workforce planning to retention.
Driving digitization: You will advance our HR systems (e.g., Personio), optimize interfaces and automate processes. You think holistically — from data quality and workflows to reporting tools like Power BI.
Process optimization: You challenge existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement digital solutions pragmatically — for a modern, efficient HR function.
Interface management: Close collaboration with HR leadership, Finance and IT to support data-driven decisions across the company.
Project work: Contribute to projects related to digitization, reporting and process development — with plenty of scope to implement your own ideas.
