About the role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the execution of key HR processes, initiatives, and governance activities across the HR function
- Support HR projects and operational priorities to help ensure smooth execution of programs and day-to-day team activities
- Manage HR operational requests, administrative workflows, and escalations to support timely and consistent service delivery
- Act as an operational connector between Talent Acquisition and the broader HR team to facilitate coordination and collaboration
- Support the end-to-end offer-to-hire lifecycle to ensure a smooth, timely, and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, HR operations, recruitment coordination, or a related HR support function
- Bilingual in English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Experience coordinating multiple HR and talent-related processes and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with HR and/or Talent Acquisition systems such as ATS, CRM, HRIS, or related platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and follow-through
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
