Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed).
- Experience in EX (Employee Experience), Process, Project areas or related fields.
- Experience designing journeys, flowcharts, process mapping and employee listening activities.
- Analytical skills to transform data and feedback into actionable plans.
- Strong communication, empathy and the ability to collaborate across different areas of the company.
- Knowledge of research methodologies, experience mapping or design thinking.
