- Support in managing performance review campaigns
- Operational implementation of the training plan
- Sourcing training providers, tracking registrations, logistics, and reporting
- Participating in school relations and employer branding initiatives
- Writing internal HR content (newsletters, communication materials, etc.)
- Creating HR dashboards and metrics
Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of confidentiality
- Comfortable with digital tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and thrive in a dynamic environment
