Responsibilities
Definir as empresas alvo que tem potencial para compor nossa carteira de clientes;
Personalizar a abordagem e comunicação comercial conforme perfil do lead;
Realizar reuniões para apresentação e demonstração das soluções da Vitta aos prospects;
Definir proposta comercial (escopo, preço, condições de pgto, etc.) a ser apresentada ao cliente, em alinhamento com times internos;
Conduzir negociações com os leads e fazer follow-ups até o fechamento da venda;
Realizar a curadoria de leads, mapeando os movimentos de carreira, publicações feitas, identificação de conexões similares, premiações recebidas, etc.
Requirements
Graduação em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;
Experiência em vendas consultivas;
Conhecimento de métricas e indicadores de vendas;
Relacionamento e influência com tomadores de decisão e executivos (gerência / diretoria, c-level) que enxergam os impactos no negócio;
Experiência em telemedicina (diferencial).
