About the role

  • Account Executive focused on opening new markets and expanding revenue for West Telco Brasil. Responsible for developing strategies and negotiating deals to achieve growth.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect new clients and continuously open new markets, working strategically and aggressively to generate new opportunities;
  • Develop and execute the commercial expansion strategy, including channels, partnerships and new business lines for West Telco Brasil;
  • Actively participate in sales visits, in-person and remote meetings, presentations and negotiations;
  • Source and qualify opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales process;
  • Build, manage and advance the sales pipeline with a focus on accelerated growth and revenue predictability;
  • Work with clear targets, performance tracking and forecasting;
  • Map the market, identify strategic opportunities and drive the company's expansion.

  • Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets
  • Experience selling technology solutions
  • Hunter profile, focused on new business and growth
  • Strategic market vision and willingness to work actively in the field when required
  • Proactivity, autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Strong results and target orientation
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
