Responsibilities
The Enterprise Architect role drives the direction and has overall vision of the design and architecture of a Gentrack deployment for our customers
Define and communicate the technical architecture for platform solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with internal standards
Define and oversee practices and standards of customer-facing architecture and associated collateral (such as HLD’s, integration catalogues, RTM’s, data/information catalogues, detailed design documentation)
Produce architectural collaterals to a high-quality
Understand customers “as is” ecosystems/architectural landscapes and collaboratively design their “to be” landscape
Provide technical leadership and oversight throughout development and implementation
Partner with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to align solutions with customer outcomes
Present and communicate complex technical concepts with professionalism to stakeholders
Collaborate with customers and fellow architects on large-scale projects
Apply a commercial perspective to design and estimation
Champion technical innovation and drive continuous improvement in architectural practices.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years' experience in solution design and leading solution implementations
Extensive experience with Enterprise solutions in software development SDLC and Project Methodologies
Industry knowledge in Software and Utilities, or in the least CRM / Billing solutions
Background in engineering and development on large scale systems
Technical specification writing including following best practice and mastery of relevant design tools and approaches
TOGAF qualification or equivalent
