Responsibilities
Responsible for operational oversight and strategic planning for revenue cycle teams and related activities.
Builds revenue cycle teams, analyze their performance, identify trends, communicate results, and improve process performance impacting the revenue cycle.
Determines opportunities for improvement and facilitate process improvement to affect change in order to achieve revenue cycle best practices and ensure consistency and compliance with DaVita policies and state and federal regulations.
Establishes short and long-term goals for teams based on key performance metrics.
Performs high-level analysis of key performance metric trending.
Conducts monthly A/R reviews, and establishes short-term and long-term goals.
Directs and participates in performance management measures as appropriate in accordance with People Services and Legal Support Teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field required , Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of five (5) years of related experience required
Ability to meet goals individually and in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to motivate others and build commitment to our ROPS Mission and Vision in order to execute on necessary tasks and achieve goals
Ability to read and interpret an extensive variety of documents such as contracts, claims, instructions, policies, and procedures
Experience with strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives
Increasing levels of senior leadership responsibility in healthcare revenue operations
