Project Manager driving operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering in RevOps team at Adlook. Implementing AI-driven automation and improving key business processes.
Responsibilities
Manage RevOps projects end-to-end: take full ownership of process optimization initiatives, CRM improvements in Salesforce, and cross-departmental workflow implementations
Identify manual and repetitive tasks across operations and replace them with AI-driven solutions — including multi-step Zapier automations, LLM-assisted data cleaning, and AI-powered lead research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Use modern LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini etc.) to streamline daily operations: drafting outreach, summarizing sales calls, maintaining CRM data quality, and building internal AI workflows tailored to our processes
Conduct regular analysis of our sales funnel and marketing performance to support data-driven decision making
Keep project management tools up-to-date with clear priorities, deadlines, and documentation
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders — making sure everyone is aligned, informed, and unblocked
Track OKRs and ensure your projects move the needle on the team's key results
Requirements
5+ years of experience in project management or a similar operational role (experience in Tech, or AdTech or consulting is a strong plus)
Hands-on experience with Google Looker/PowerBI, Salesforce, Asana, Zapier, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Proven ability to build real AI automations — not proofs-of-concept, but workflows that run in production and save meaningful time
Analytical mindset: you find insights others miss and turn them into decisions, not just slides
A bias for action: you move fast, follow through, and don't need a second reminder
C-level stakeholder management experience and strong communication skills — you know how to align people across functions without losing anyone along the way
Curiosity about where technology is going and a habit of being early to what's next
Fluent English & Polish languages are a must (C1 minimum)
