Responsibilities
The VP of Revenue Operations (m/f/d) leads the RevOps Teams across its €600M global portfolio of enterprise software solutions serving the Finance and Tax, EHS, Risk, Audit, and Compliance teams of large corporates
This senior position reports directly to the SVP of Global Revenue Operations with a dotted line to the CEO of CP&ESG
Bring rigor, consistency, and scalability to revenue operations while working closely with customer-facing teams to achieve maximum commercial performance
Work in close partnership with all the division’s GM’s and extended leadership teams spanning Sales, Marketing, and Finance leaders to optimize go-to-market effectiveness across the portfolio
Drive a disciplined commercial transformation across the portfolio
Establish global frameworks and standards for commercial operations including pipeline management, forecasting, sales processes, and revenue reporting
Lead development of advanced commercial analytics, dashboards, and KPIs that provide transparency into revenue performance
Introduce enterprise-wide forecasting rigor and cadence, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and early visibility into risks and opportunities
Drive the company to adopt AI technologies that can improve the accuracy and speed in which we operate and deliver new business value
Build a high-performing RevOps team, balancing central functional expertise with business-aligned resources
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline
Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in senior leadership roles with responsibility for building, leading, and scaling teams
Proven executive-level experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or a closely related function within a global B2B / enterprise software environment
Demonstrated track record of driving and scaling global software businesses, with experience supporting significant ARR growth in complex, multi-portfolio environments
Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy and commercial execution, including pipeline management, forecasting, pricing, sales coverage, compensation, and revenue governance
Strong experience leading commercial transformation initiatives, establishing global standards, processes, systems, and performance metrics
Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization, partnering closely with GMs and senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and shared services
Advanced analytical and performance management capabilities, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and forecasting rigor
Experience with modern RevOps and commercial technology stacks (e.g. CRM, CPQ, BI, forecasting), combined with a strong interest in AI-enabled commercial innovation
Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the credibility to influence C-level stakeholders and work closely with the CEO
International experience and cultural fluency, with the ability to operate effectively across Europe and North America and willingness to travel as required.
