Responsibilities
Implement our digital subscription strategy as the Digital Subscriptions Manager.
Responsible for project managing important initiatives from creation through to delivery.
Ensure digital subscription propositions reach customers efficiently and effectively.
Be the central point of contact, collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, product, tech, and editorial teams.
Help identify and implement best practices for digital subscriptions, ensuring operational excellence.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage timelines, and identify potential roadblocks.
Requirements
An understanding of digital subscription models and their operational requirements, within a B2C environment.
Experience with project management, with experience delivering digital products or plans.
Experience in the publishing or media sector
Stakeholder management skills.
Interpret data and insights to understand project impact and identify operational efficiencies.
Experience with A/B testing or optimisation processes.
Lead meetings with confidence, including setting clear agendas, guiding discussions, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
