- Be the central point of contact, collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, product, tech, and editorial teams.
- Help identify and implement best practices for digital subscriptions, ensuring operational excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage timelines, and identify potential roadblocks.
Requirements
- An understanding of digital subscription models and their operational requirements, within a B2C environment.
- Experience with project management, with experience delivering digital products or plans.
- Experience in the publishing or media sector
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Interpret data and insights to understand project impact and identify operational efficiencies.
- Experience with A/B testing or optimisation processes.
- Lead meetings with confidence, including setting clear agendas, guiding discussions, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
