Deliver training sessions for KitaWeb
Support onboarding for municipal and private clients
Walk customers through end-to-end processes and workflows
Serve as the key-account contact for future expansions and to ensure optimal system operation
Requirements
Solid business education (ideally a university or university of applied sciences degree)
Professional demeanor
Strong communication skills
Strong IT affinity / tech-savvy
Project management experience is a plus
