Responsibilities
Own and close new business: end-to-end from lead to signature
Run discovery, pitch, and demo meetings with NHS and private health organisations
Lead pilots and onboarding workflows (with support from clinical + product)
Work with our Head of GTM and CEO to refine the sales motion
Partner closely with product to feed insights back from the frontlines
Lay the groundwork for a repeatable GTM engine in the UK
Requirements
5-7 years experience in B2B SaaS or health-tech sales
Proven ability to close deals and exceed targets
Comfortable with ambiguity - you’ve worked in early-stage or high-growth environments
Experience selling into complex environments with multiple stakeholders
Sharp communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
