Responsibilities
Support lower-tier clients through a one to many engagement model

Requirements
1+ years in Customer Success or another client-facing role
2+ years in software implementation, campaign execution, or creative operations
Working knowledge of SEO, social media, content marketing, and/or paid media
Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive success
Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
