Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients for our Lyon office
Ensure the correct issuance of insurance certificates and follow up on responses from insurance companies for delivery to clients
Monitor updates to sums insured
Verify consistency with existing policies/records
Update contact details of stakeholders between valuation cycles
Provide telephone support to clients
Draft policy endorsements under the responsibility of Specialized Advisors
Calculate premiums and ensure correct issuance and distribution of invoices/billing
Monitor payments and handle dunning procedures/formal notices
Work on lines such as Motor (Auto), Liability (RC), RCD, DAB
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Autonomous, rigorous, and customer-service oriented
Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel
English language proficiency would be an advantage
