Business Development Representative responsible for engaging strategic clients for Wellhub. Position focuses on outbound prospecting and creating qualified pipelines.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage potential Strategic clients through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative channels).
Research large and complex accounts, map multiple stakeholders, and personalize outreach to engage senior decision-makers.
Educate prospects about Wellhub’s mission and value proposition, creating interest and securing meetings for the sales team.
Overcome objections, manage expectations, and build trusted relationships at different levels, including executives and senior leaders.
Collaborate with Strategic AEs to align messaging, share insights, and strategize on multi-stakeholder accounts.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generation goals.
Be a Wellhub ambassador at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements
Reside in São Paulo.
Availability to go to the office at least twice a month.
A true team player who loves collaborating to reach ambitious goals.
Tenacious, resilient, and goal-oriented — ideally with previous experience in outbound prospecting, business development, or sales for Enterprise or large accounts.
Organized and self-motivated — you can handle multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.
Coachable, curious, and always seeking to learn and improve.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese (native).
Advanced English is a plus.
Experience working with government/public sector clients is a strong plus.
