Responsibilities
Take full accountability for achieving and exceeding sales targets
Prospect potential customers through social selling, telesales, email marketing, and events
Conduct client demonstrations and discovery meetings
Deliver tailored payment solutions that meet the needs of merchants and acquiring partners
Create bespoke commercial proposals that align with client requirements
Build and maintain a strong understanding of acquiring, payments technology, and industry trends
Build a strong knowledge of the verticals in which Axcess provide payment solutions
Managing and maintaining your sales pipeline
Requirements
Proven track record of success in sales, ideally in an SDR, Account Executive, or Business Development role
Driven by targets, motivated by performance, and confident speaking with senior decision-makers
Eager to develop expertise in payments, acquiring, and merchant solutions
A problem-solver who takes initiative and finds ways to get results
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services is beneficial but not essential – sales ability and attitude are what matter most
Previous experience selling SaaS products or working in sectors such as gambling, forex, financial services, or travel will also be considered.
