About the role

  • Director of Business Development driving growth in priority markets for autonomous mobility at Beep. Closing complex deals and building the business development strategy with public and private stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals across public and private sectors
  • Carry an individual quota while helping shape broader go-to-market strategy
  • Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities involving cities, transit agencies, campuses, airports, and developers
  • Navigate procurement pathways including RFPs, pilots, and public-private partnerships
  • Build relationships across governments, operators, developers, and consultants
  • Represent Beep at key industry events and forums
  • Help define repeatable sales motions in an emerging market
  • Recruit and mentor future business development team members as the company scales

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Proven success closing complex, multi-party deals
  • Strong understanding of the mobility and smart city ecosystem
  • Experience working with or alongside consultants and engineering firms preferred
  • Familiarity with autonomous vehicles or emerging mobility models is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
