Senior BDR prospecting and qualifying leads for Bemobi's mobile tech solutions. Engaging with C-Level executives and developing creative campaigns for sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
Prospectar de forma ativa contas e contatos de empresas que atendam aos critérios de ICP da empresa a fim de desenvolver oportunidades de vendas;
Qualificar oportunidades oriundas de prospecção ativa ou conversões inbound utilizando processo BANT;
Fazer o handover de oportunidades qualificadas ao time comercial e acompanhar o desenvolvimento das mesmas dentro dos funis de vendas;
Realizar um alto nível de conversação com C-Levels, Gerentes e Especialistas em Tecnologia através de diferentes canais (e-mails, chamadas, vídeos, LinkedIn, Whatsapp, etc.);
Engajar, identificar dores, apresentar soluções Bemobi, qualificar e levantar informações importantes para os Executivos de Vendas;
Desenvolver campanhas criativas e personalizadas para identificar novas oportunidades de negócios, incluindo a criação de listas segmentadas, definição de conteúdos e canais, escrita de mensagens criativas e relevantes para cada persona e acompanhamento dos resultados;
Manter relações estreitas com as equipes de vendas, a fim de gerar alinhamento entre ações de prospecção e qualificação;
Estabelecer contato com as equipes de marketing para o desenvolvimento de conteúdos e ações de acordo com as particularidades de cada comprador a partir das contas alvo;
Registrar atividades de prospecção e qualificação dentro do CRM seguindo os padrões e boas práticas da empresa.
Requirements
Conhecimento em prospecção outbound;
Planejamento para trabalhar com tarefas/touchpoint;
Gestão do tempo;
Saiba se expressar de forma escrita;
Saiba trabalhar em equipe.
Conhecimento em Telecom, SAAS ou Saúde;
Conhecimento do CRM Pipe Drive / Hubspot.
