B2B Sales Manager responsible for sales cycle in strategic EU markets. Focus on acquiring clients, managing accounts and improving customer journey in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Build up great relationships with new strategic partners with the aim to grow our business.
Project manage the roll-out of company bike scheme programs within Strategic accounts and leasing companies within the EU.
Take responsibility and ownership of the entire corporate rider customer journey.
Future-proof processes and constantly improve the customer journey of our riders in our strategic accounts and partners.
Work closely with the full sales team and Partner network to ensure closing future opportunities.
Requirements
You have experience in account management and/or a customer support role, ideally with strong B2B or commercial elements.
You're highly organized and always see projects through to the end, even when times get tough.
You're entrepreneurial, commercially driven, a sales go-getter, and are not afraid of chasing opportunities in a fast-moving environment.
You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken – bonus points for other Dutch or German.
You can travel within Netherlands and Germany 50%.
Extremely nice to have Experience with project management.
Ability to manage different internal and external stakeholders.
Experience taking ownership of big projects.
