Responsibilities
Receive and register customer return cases.
Perform analysis, open service tickets, and forward them to the Quality department.
Ensure correct disposition of the product (disposal or collection) after return approval.
Request the return invoice and validate it with the Accounting/Tax department.
Monitor the process until the invoice is recorded and the corresponding refund/reimbursement is processed to customers.
Ensure that return invoices are issued exclusively upon opening a service ticket.
Resolve, together with the Accounting/Tax department, any invoices issued without the proper return process.
Act as a strategic interface with Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Accounting/Tax teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Sales Management — considered a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Forms.
