About the role
- Associate Partner leading a 5-person M&A-focused commercial law team in Budapest, managing legal work, BD and partner-track progression.
Responsibilities
- Vezet egy 5 fős kereskedelmi jogi csapatot szakmai és üzleti irányításban
- Végrehajt magas színvonalú jogi tanácsadást M&A, vállalati és kereskedelmi jogi ügyekben
- Munkakör megoszlása: kb. 50% jogi tanácsadás, 50% vezetői és üzletfejlesztési tevékenység
- Menedzseli az M&A tranzakciókat és egyéb kereskedelmi jogi ügyeket
- Követi a csapat teljesítményét és felel az osztály árbevételéért és KPI-okért
- Üzletfejlesztés és ügyfélkapcsolatok építése a Managing Partnerrel együttműködve
- Látható vezetői és szakértői szerep betöltése belső és külső szakmai fórumokon
- Partner-track pozíció: előrelépési lehetőség Equity Partner szintre
Requirements
- Magyar jogi diplomával
- Legalább 6 év, szakvizsga utáni tapasztalattal rendelkező ügyvéd
- Erős szakmai háttér M&A és kereskedelmi / társasági jogi területen
- Anyanyelvi szinten beszél magyarul és folyékonyan angolul (szóban és írásban egyaránt)
- Erős vezetői és people management tapasztalat
- Üzleti szemléletű, proaktív, eredményorientált és ügyfélközpontú hozzáállás
- Hosszútávban gondolkodik, motivált az Equity Partner szint elérésére
- Ambiciózus és együttműködésre törekszik
- Peres tapasztalat előnyt jelent
