Responsibilities
- Takeover of a successful EP: location with long-standing regular customers
- Responsibility for day-to-day operations
- Lead and motivate your service-oriented team
- Monitor current market trends and initiate adjustments within the business
- Independently handle work orders in the field of electrical installation
- Delivery, installation and assembly of technical systems (e.g., lighting, network and reception technology, Smart Home systems, and more)
- Maintenance and repair work
- Provide competent advice and clear instruction to customers on device functions
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a master electrician or technician, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience as an electrical technician for power and building services engineering, or in a comparable role
- Sales affinity and enjoyment in working with people
- Passion for building and running your own business
- Ideally (but not required) several years of experience in managing staff
- Initial experience in retail and the electronics industry is desirable
- Strong service-oriented mindset and an independent, reliable working style
- Customer-focused approach and hands-on technical skills
- High level of commitment and enjoyment interacting with customers
