Requirements
- Experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Corporate Culture.
- Experience with strategic organizational transformation projects and culture change.
- Knowledge of HR metrics (turnover, eNPS, organizational climate) and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Strategic thinking: ability to align development initiatives with company objectives.
- Communication and influence: ability to conduct strategic conversations and influence stakeholders.
- Project management: organized approach to implement initiatives efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields).
- Proficiency in data analysis software: experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other tools for data analysis and report generation.
