Responsibilities
Be responsible for performance evaluation processes based on competencies, goals, and continuous feedback.
Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement strategies to improve the work environment.
Analyze performance indicators and propose actions for continuous employee development.
Serve as the focal point for the leadership team, advising and supporting current and future business needs.
Facilitate people and management processes and policies: employee lifecycle, organizational climate, career paths, offboarding interviews.
Monitor probationary periods, ensuring feedback in partnership with management.
Provide support to leadership by preparing management and operational reports.
Requirements
Experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Corporate Culture.
Experience with strategic organizational transformation projects and culture change.
Knowledge of HR metrics (turnover, eNPS, organizational climate) and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Strategic thinking: ability to align development initiatives with company objectives.
Communication and influence: ability to conduct strategic conversations and influence stakeholders.
Project management: organized approach to implement initiatives efficiently.
Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields).
Proficiency in data analysis software: experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, and other tools for data analysis and report generation.
