- Modernization and Transformation Partner at Regions driving strategic initiatives and collaboration for enterprise modernization and transformation efforts. Engaging with cross-functional teams to assess and enhance processes, tools, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to the overall roadmap and execution plan for the enterprise modernization and transformation strategy
- Develops, maintains, and provides both recurring and ad hoc reporting and analyses for various executive forums
- Partners across multiple areas within the Transformation Office and the enterprise to drive key results
- Embeds a continuous improvement philosophy and methodology that frequently assesses people, process, and technology
- Collaborates with leadership at all levels to gain consensus on significant decisions related to key strategic initiatives
- Contributes to the development of strategic approaches to enterprise-level initiative prioritization
- Contributes to the identification, evaluation, and development of new processes, tools, and analytics that support Regions’ modernization and transformation efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Eight (8) years of related banking work experience
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Project management and/or Agile certifications
