Responsibilities
provide agents with Life sales expertise focused on various distribution channels
create action plans that support growth and profitability
conserve existing life insurance policies through proactive and reactive conservation efforts
guide agents on systems, products, sales process and procedures
assist agents in resolving issues and questions related to product issuance, underwriting, procedures
provide product information, customer planning, life technical support and sales consulting assistance
assist in resolving issues related to product issuance, procedures or other matters requiring a high level of technical expertise
review existing coverage and advise customers regarding policy options
initiate and maintain positive relationships with the applicable distribution channel
assist management and staff with implementing and/or revising processes and practices
Requirements
demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
demonstrated experience in a sales environment
solid knowledge and understanding of insurance industry
demonstrated experience with PC software applications
solid knowledge and understanding of Life Insurance products
life insurance producer licenses for all operating and/or service states must be obtained within 60 days of hire
Chartered Life Underwriter Designation (CLU) must be obtained within a year of accepting this position
