Sales Development Representative responsible for generating leads and managing client interactions for Autodoc. Collaborating with sales team to provide solutions and enhance relationships.
Responsibilities
Realizar prospecção ativa de clientes, utilizando técnicas de outbound para gerar leads qualificados para a equipe de vendas.
Manter um alto volume de ligações diárias, garantindo o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas.
Identificar e entender as necessidades dos clientes em potencial, apresentando soluções adequadas com os produtos da Autodoc
Realizar o acompanhamento e o follow-up dos leads, assegurando um atendimento eficaz e personalizado.
Colaborar com a equipe de vendas, fornecendo informações relevantes sobre o mercado e feedback dos clientes.
Manter registros detalhados das interações com os clientes em sistemas de CRM, garantindo a atualização constante das informações.
Participar de treinamentos e reuniões para aprimorar técnicas de vendas e conhecimento sobre os produtos.
Requirements
Mínimo de 1 ano de experiência na área comercial, preferencialmente em funções que envolvam volumetria de ligações e vendas;
Experiência com Outbound (busca ativa de clientes);
Habilidade em lidar com métricas de desempenho e metas de vendas.
