Data Analyst in Customer Success transforming data into insights for team efficiency. Supporting operations with BI tools and metrics tracking for customer journeys.
Responsibilities
Estruturar e organizar processos de Customer Success, garantindo consistência e eficiência nas operações;
Integrar dados de diferentes sistemas (CRM, suporte, billing, engajamento), criando relatórios e dashboards para apoiar decisões estratégicas;
Definir e acompanhar métricas-chave (Churn, NRR, NPS, Health Score), propondo melhorias contínuas na jornada do cliente;
Desenvolver automações e alertas para aumentar eficiência, reduzir riscos e apoiar o time de CS na retenção de clientes.
Requirements
Formação superior completa ou em andamento em Administração, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
Experiência prévia com análise de dados, BI ou operações em Customer Success;
Conhecimento avançado em Excel/Sheets e SQL;
Vivência com ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.);
Familiaridade com integração de sistemas, ETL ou automação (Zapier, Make, Hubspot, Workato, APIs);
Noções de Python ou R para análises e IA (desejável);
Conhecimento de métricas de CS (Churn, NRR, NPS, CSAT, LTV, CAC) (desejável).
