Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a group of 8-10 high performing Dandy Account Executives
Collaborate with senior leadership to set and drive performance objectives
Be a hands-on coach and develop the team on a continuous basis
Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and training sessions
Manage escalations and help reps navigate challenging deals
Be an expert in product and process to unblock team members
Operate with an ownership mentality
Requirements
5+ years of quota carrying experience
2+ years sales management experience, managing at least 5+ sales reps
Proven record of success in a high velocity/high volume sales environment
Comfort in a fast-paced start-up environment
Experience in motivating a team to fill their calendar with outbound prospecting when needed
Must be intellectually curious - continuously educate yourself on our customer’s industry
