Responsibilities
Administer all HR processes (e.g., onboarding, internal transfers, offboarding, data changes)
Ensure their timely and accurate execution and prepare all related documents such as employment contracts, amendments, and agreements
Draft and review employment and interim references as well as employment confirmations
Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed
Optimize HR processes and ensure they comply with client requirements and legal regulations
Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes
Requirements
Commercial vocational qualification or Matura (Swiss secondary school leaving certificate)
Additional HR training advantageous (e.g., HR Assistant; HR Specialist)
Experience in HR administration within an HR Shared Services environment
Understanding of HR processes and Swiss labor law
Service- and solution-oriented personality
Detail-oriented and accurate working style
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Fluent German and English (C1–C2); French and/or Italian advantageous
