Human Resources Coordinator managing onboarding and employee engagement initiatives at Cranial Technologies, the expert in pediatric cranial shaping orthoses.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all onboarding for new hires (i.e, set up in payroll system (UKG), send communications, prepare training schedules, coordinate travel, etc)
Manage new hire documentation, background checks, and I-9s
Facilitate offboarding, including documentation, system updates and equipment return
Prepare training schedules and assign courses in LMS (Bridge LMS)
Monitor compliance training and follow up as needed
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications (i.e., employee newsletter)
Maintain employee records and support HR reporting
Assist with other HR projects as needed
Requirements
1-3 years of HR or administrative experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Friendly and professional personality
Requires strong customer interaction skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely, professional, and positive manner.
Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.
Makes effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.
