Talent Acquisition (TA) & Management (TM)
Advises on hiring strategies/processes for hires and conducts interviews
Strategizes to retain talent and supports managers with talent discussions and succession planning
Promotes/recommends development opportunities and advises on performance management principles and execution
Rewards, Compliance & Mobility
Advises on compensation/benefits-related topics and has significant involvement in year-end processes, working through pay/bonus allocation decisions
Advises clients on personnel policies, programs, and procedures to protect the interests of employees and the company
Facilitates/coordinates global mobility cases
Requirements
Progressive knowledge and experience of local HR legislation and best practices in all areas of HR value chain and employee lifecycle (Asset Management Industry experience highly desired)
Strong stakeholder and relationship management, interpersonal, and coaching skills
Able to navigate ambiguity, facilitate difficult conversations, and perform under pressure whilst adhering to confidentiality requirements
Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills
Strong digital literacy; well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors desirable
Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
