Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the HR Generalist is an internal resource on employment matters.
Manage day-to-day HR operations including full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, investigations under guidance, total rewards programs, performance and talent management.
Support change management and employee communications.
Administer and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA and company leave policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
2 - 4 years' of HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment required.
Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
Experience in both union and non-union work environments definite asset.
Experience in labor relations and bilingual Spanish a bonus.
