Responsibilities
You analyze and optimize existing claims processes and systems.
You contribute your operational and technical knowledge and support maintenance activities.
You work closely with an agile team, develop innovative solution proposals and document them.
You design and specify new system features and user interfaces – from concept to implementation.
You define clear acceptance criteria and test new features in a structured and traceable manner.
You support the development team and ensure requirements are implemented transparently through your documentation.
You are the contact person for all orders related to hardware, software and telephony as well as for user permissions.
You maintain, update and review user and permission profiles and ensure their security and currency.
You support the setup of hardware/software bundles and ensure smooth processes in user administration.
You define area-specific roles and rights, monitor compliance with security requirements and coordinate revalidations.
Requirements
Completed training in the insurance or IT sector.
Strong IT affinity and quick comprehension; ideally you have prior experience in claims and/or with Guidewire.
Enjoy structured, independent and solution-oriented work.
Strong service orientation, reliability, flexibility and team spirit.
Fluent German and English skills.
