About the role
- Business Analyst supporting finance and accounting processes in private aviation group. Collaborating with HR and Sales teams while ensuring accurate financial reporting and monthly sales compensation.
Responsibilities
- Administer monthly sales compensation plans globally, ensuring payments are accurate/timely and paid in accordance with plan requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of the commissions processes and controls required for accurate payout of commissions.
- Lead commission statement creation across all eligible personnel worldwide.
- Aid in researching, addressing salesperson compensation queries to help resolve issues.
- Liaise with Payroll teams globally to coordinate commission payment submissions.
- Maintain a working relationship with accounting team to understand monthly reporting and support accurate financial results.
- Participate in monthly account reconciliation process.
- Analyze and prepare monthly accruals for expenses, and/or other adjusting entries.
- Support Year-End Audit thru aggregation of data to support requests.
- Ad-hoc analysis, research, and reports.
- Perform any other tasks reasonably required to be undertaken in accordance with the instructions of the Reporting Manager.
Requirements
- Recognized degree or professional qualification in statistics, accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools.
- Organized, Detailed Oriented, with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP and SalesForce is an advantage.
