About the role
- Business Analyst in Investor Relations translating financial performance into compelling narratives for capital markets. Supporting financial analysis, investor presentations, and collaborating with teams across Finance and Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Leading financial storytelling that shapes how the world sees our mission
- Supporting the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and Capital Markets Day content
- Driving financial analysis and generating insights
- Tracking and analysing share price performance, valuation metrics, and peer benchmarking
- Analysing investor feedback, analyst reports, and market commentary
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Finance, Strategy, Commercial, and R&D
- Leading reporting automation and digitalisation initiatives using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SAP
- Maintaining IR databases, dashboards, and reporting trackers
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance (or equivalent) from a well-recognised institute
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Commercial Analytics, Investor Relations, equity research, consulting, or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation metrics, and capital markets dynamics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualisation tools (preferred)
- Experience with financial databases (e.g., IQVIA) is an added advantage
- Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
